In order to apply for an award for GT.M, we are looking for a few happy users who have put GT.M on x86 GNU/Linux into production, and are happy with it, who are willing to talk about what they have done, and who can try to quantify what they have saved by using GT.M on GNU/Linux vs. other solutions.
If you are willing, would you please write to me and tell me a little bit about what you have done, and I will pass it on to the right folks in marketing?
Thank you very much.

Thank you for all your messages. Unfortunately, our Marketing department didn't follow up and we were unable to apply in time for the IBM Beacon Awards. I am working with them to follow up in early 2003, so that they can do a short write up on each success story.
My sincere apologies to everyone. Thank you for responding, and we will follow up.
Best wishes for the season.

However, what Bhaskar is far too modest to mention is that he was nominated for and recently won the 2002 Linux MedNews Achievement Award for making GT.M available as Open Source.
