#348 Toolbar buttons missing.

When I load up Firefox, Fire.fm begins to play, however the toolbar buttons that were originally there suddenly vanished. I\'ve tried to uninstall/reinstall from both the firefox add-on page and from fire.fm\'s page, and the toolbar will still not load.

Can you try restoring the toolbar to the default state?
- Right click anywhere in any of the Firefox toolbars.
- Select "Customize..."
- In the dialog that opens up, select "Restore default set".
