The FIre.fm Player hasnt loaded

I also have the same issue as this with a newly installed firefox 4; I have latest version of fire.fm, firefox remembering account passwords and all options checked for fire.fm settings.
Help would be appreciated.
Please send us your log file so that we can look into this problem further:
1) Locate your profile folder
(http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Profiles#How_to_find_your_profile)
2) Inside this folder, you should see a folder named "firefm". Open it.
3) Inside this folder you'll see a file named "log.txt". Please send this
file to us.

just installed firefox 4 and then fire.fm. but i wasnt working so i looked for solutions and one was saying uptade the fire.fm to latest version. i did so but it is still giving the same error :(
