[Firebird-docs] German translation of the generator guide committed to CVS

Hello,

on behalf of Frank, I've committed his translation of the Firebird 
Generator Guide to CVS. I've also committed an updated version of the 
firebirddocs-de.xml file with the reference to the generator guide doc set.

If there are any doubts, questions, ... about the generator guide, 
please either send a message to the list or contact Frank directly.

@Paul: Do you still have some "unexpected" (*g*) free time for building 
the German nbackup and generator guide and doing the necessary website 
stuff?
