[Firebird-odbc-devel] Is added makefiles for MsVc7

Hello, All

The new directory Builds is added MsVc70.win


1) From Win200[0-3] Press Button Start
    Programs --> Microsoft Visual Studio .NET --> Visual Studio .NET Tools
      --> Visual Studio .NET Command Promt <Enter>

    Setup your path into makefile.msvc7 and build.bat and
../makefile.environ

    Execute  /OdbcJdbc/Builds/MsVc60.win/build.bat
    the start   OdbcJdbc/Builds/MsVc60.win/makefile.msvc7
    using MsVC70 : result IscDbc.dll, OdbcJdbc.dll, OdbcJdbcSetup.dll

2) Start Vc70 and open OdbcJdbc.sln
    Build...
