I already discussed this feature here http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/browse/DNET-236.

.NET 4.0 is out, and Microsoft desided to reintroduce Client Framework concept. The only difference is that .NET 4.0 Client profile is much more usable and soon can be wildly spread between end users.

Symptoms and suggested solutions are still the same as in previously reported.
