The 32-bit driver is installed into the 32-bit driver space and it is accessible via the 32-bit driver manager in the cpl. The problem is that the 32-bit odbc cpl applet is hard to find :-) Go to c:\windows\syswow64 and try running either odbccp32.cpl or odbcad32.exe.
