If you think you are going to make money by fixing corrupted db when more than one server accesses the same db in the network drive and your customers are willing to pay for it, why not? Despite its size, FB is a server. If you subvert the model, you and your customers should be prepared to face db corruption. If you do that change, make clear this is a private version (maybe change the version string, too) so we'll not lose time trying to troubleshoot an unofficial build. C. |
