The cost of 1 hour of data loss could be several hours of work. The database is about 400M, and backs up in a couple minutes. We put in the hourly backup months ago, after getting a data corruption in the 1.5 RC2 version, and haven't had any reason to turn it off, even though we haven't had any corruption since last May. |
