Summary: setBinaryStream & autocommit

Initial Comment:
org.firebird.jdbc.FBPreparedStatement.setBinaryStream
does not work unless autocommit is disabled. As this
method access the database it should check that a 
transaction is started (call c.ensureInTransaction()).
CVS version of the file is 1.11.

Checked RC1 version, could not reproduce bug. Now there is
separate test case in
src/test/org/firebirdsql/jdbc/TestFBBlobAutocommit.java to
check PreparedStatement.setBinaryStream(int, InputStream,
int). I close this issue as "out of date" since there was
big gap between report and bug check.
