There was a C++ book from Bruce Eckel if I remember well. He should have a
version newer than the one I read while at the uni. Or are you looking for
insight into C++ guidelines? In this case, nothing better (IMHO) than "The
design and evolution of C++" by Bjarne Stroustroup himself. Also, the third
version of C++'s book devotes some chapters to design.

Remember that FB2 is M++... pardon me, C++.
