[Firebird-net-provider] Web site contexnts update on the .NET section

Hello:

I have posted some updates on the .net provider section of the firebird 
web site, mainly in the developement page, it's not a great update but 
it's an starting to poing to put things up to date ;)

Hope more updates will be coming
