Thanks for looking into that.

I found that when using 1.7a I could perform backups just fine.  If I 
switched to using the assembly from 1.7.1 RC3 or RC4 I would get the 
exception, without changing a line of the backup code.

I will try it a little later on today, and see if I can get some 
information for you.
