I realize that this has been going on for a long time and that your
probably at the end of your rope, but this list is really intended for
the discussion of Firebird engine development issues.

So, in future could you post support type questions to the IB-Support
list on yahoogroups or use the news.atkin.com newsserver mirror.  Don't
worry there are are a number of "very competent" people who subscribe to
that list who can hopefully help you out.
