Option to have everyone (buddies and yourself)
identified by "real name and screenname". This
currently can be done for buddies only, but not for
yourself.

Preferences->Buddy Window->Display->Display buddy names
as...(both screenname AND alias)

Preferences->Profile->Identity->identify me...(by
screenname OR as alias)
