Hi Bob, The code in the databinding.jar file is based on a prototype data binding framework produced by the Enhydra project. It is distributed under the Enhydra Public License (EPL) version 1.1 The FIPA-OS team have made some very minor modifications to the source (mostly for the Java 1.1 version of the jar where we removed code that references Java 2 features such as the 'Package' class). In the future we intend to deprecate the current databinding jar and to utilise the Enhydra Zeus project for our databinding solution. Currently the Zeus project does not fully implement XML Schema mapping and so we will not migrate until this becomes available. In the meantime, we do not intend to enhance the functionality of the existing databinding code. The upgrade to Zeus should be seamless since all FIPA-OS access to the databinding code is through the wrapper class fipaos.util.XMLDataBinding If you still feel you need to see the source of the databinding jar please let me know and I'll provide it off-list.
