This will be through component base for reuse via any component.

Very low priority due to lack of requirement, views are mostly skinny events go down through services result of events can effect different views.

We are not using ICommand advanatage of our own event routing re format being generic is simple auditability potential to incorporate own routing mech re multi-process. Makes no sense to route once then route again.

Events are routed in Funtion format Universal Model.
