The WCF solution is fine for component dev but we need tools to monitor manage services.

Needs to be potential seed for local, grid and server farms.

Muticast capabilities that do not flood the LAN are critical for real-time tibco style elememt.

This is not urgent general concept would be to recycle existing connectivity.
