#5049 xtide 2.15.1-3

The attached info-file for xtide fixes a mistake/typo in the original, which set the location of the "xtide.conf" configuration file to “//swetc/xtide.conf” rather than “/sw/etc/xtide.conf”! I have e-mailed the package maintainer, but did not receive a reply.

Builds successfully with "fink -m rebuild" on 10.13. Diffs from the previous info-file are shown below:
