#4826 ddd-3.3.12-8 (to fix missing libncurses dependency)

ddd-3.3.12-7 was missing dependencies on Fink's libncurses, so it rightly complained about it (see below).
This update restores those dependencies (copied from 3.3.12-6).
Successfully built with "fink build -m".
