Open Object Rexx (OORexx) is the project dedicated to
the recently Open Sourced Object Rexx interpreter from
IBM. See http://www.oorexx.org. It is a full OO
version of the venerable rexx scripting language, and
has numerous features that will delight developers.
The project currently supplies Linux and Windows source
and binaries, but these do not compile under Fink at
this time.

This is intriguing to me since i used ARexx quite a bit back in the day; i could take a stab at this unless you want it. Note that there are a pair of available OSX binaries for 4.1.2, perhaps the fix is as simple as cloning the APIService file from that version? We could hope that the reason newer versions don't have Mac downloads is as simple as the project lost their packager; i suppose the alternative is that their API changed in ways that are incompatible with OSX.
