I remember having to go through Mr.=20 Kubota's "introduction" when I was a debian _user_ looking for a=20 bilingual (fr/jp) setting in a non-X environment. Lack of utf support=20 in most apps made the thing really difficult. I expected a lot more from Apple when they delivered OSX not only in=20 terms of i18n, but "also" m17n at the terminal/X level but was a little=20= disappointed.
