#234 Option to exclude obsolete pkgs from PDB listing?

Could we have an "exclude obsolete packages" option on the PDB advanced query page?

I think this would complement the "Exclude packages with parent" and "Exclude -shlibs..." options nicely.

This would trim the output of the "packages that need testing" listing somewhat.
