#223 growl notification when fink waiting for user

I've recently discovered growl, and appreciate the notifications that fink sends. It would be useful to also have an available growl notification when fink is waiting for user input.

Example - I have an older, slow machine, and sometimes if I start a "fink install some_complex_package", I have moved to another app by the time that fink asks "The following additional package will be installed:". It would be nice if growl could remind me to go tend to fink.

We need a way to search more than just the item summaries. I searched for "growl" before writing this item, but got no hit, as "growl" only appears in the body of the item.

The other tracker item brings up an additional point: Fink might need a timeout so you don't get pestered with notifications when you are trying to answer the question on the screen.
