#11 Need Pressure Sensitive Controls

The brush and air brush (and probably other tools too)
need to have pressure sensitivity.

So, for example, the brush might have toggles for either
opacity and/or bush size.

These features do appear to be in the new gimp, so
hopefully
its just a matter of copying the code over. (Hey, you never
know, it might be that easy!)
