#9 Shell Extension Persists After Uninstall

If the shell extension is not established during install, and is later enabled via the application, the keys will remain in place when the application is uninstalled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install FilExile WITHOUT the Shell Extension
2. Launch FilExile
3. Enable Shell Extension via Settings > Options > Advanced
4. Uninstall the application

Result: FilExile is removed but remains in the context menu as a broken element
Expected Result: FilExile is removed AND context menu no longer shows "Delete with FilExile" as an option.
