works great. you can also add the EXE to the Send To list in Windows, then it is easily accessible without modifying explorer shell.

FileTime is simple and easy to use. I find very useful the feature to change file times recursively with a filename pattern. I slight minus is that you cannot paste in as text the target path of the change. Instead, you must locate the target from a folder tree hierarchy.
