The keyboard shortcut for undo rename conflicts with the standard shortcut for undo text edit. In text edit controls for most windowing environments, I expect Ctrl-Z to undo my typing, but instead of undoing a bit of typing, I find Métamorphose undoing file renames I did five minutes ago.

I would suggest that Ctrl-Z just perform text-undo, but add an "Undo Renames" button next to "Preview" and "Go", perhaps with F8 as a shortcut.

Another way of solving the problem might be a confirmation dialog before undoing file operations, although this would still leave no way of undoing text editing via the keyboard.
