[Figleaf-developer] Bootstrapper and ConfigurableBootstrapper

I don't think we need both now. Bootstrapper now runs a "Runnable" 
automatically rather than having a -bean parameter. Also it is a 
singleton, which is needed by some of the GUI code at the moment.
