FigCraft is a free, open-source Figma alternative for UI design, prototyping, and design systems, built entirely in Rust. This native desktop app runs on macOS, Windows, Linux, and in the browser, opens instantly, and works offline with no account or telemetry. Design with auto layout, components and variants, vector networks, styles, and variables, then build interactive prototypes and hand off code to developers in CSS, HTML, React, SwiftUI, and Compose. Collaborate in real time through live sessions or a self-hosted server. Import SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF, and .fig files, and automate workflows with a CLI, plugins, and an MCP server for AI agents. FigCraft is licensed under MIT and Apache-2.0, making it a fast, private, and fully customizable tool for designers and developers. Currently in early alpha.
