The long awaited Automated Team Captains are now in beta stage and running on FICS.

After a long beta testing period on fics, Ficsteambot is now considered stable. Work is commencing on automated team captains for the games.

New:

Fixed uncensor bug.
Fixed login wait (added dummy command.)

More than 2 captains in forming team mode allowed. When game starts, the first two are picked, and globally assigned.

Added admin commands "die" and "reset".

Bot observes the game and when it ends it tells the result and then resets.

If a captain disconnects the bot announces it will wait a given time before resetting, and then does so.... read more
