#123 Check fheroes2 with static analysis tools v2

I suggest checking fheroes2 with static analysis tools like cppcheck. A report.xml, generated by cppcheck, is attached to this ticket. As I'm not familiar with the code I'm not sure what to change. It's easier to watch this report with cppcheck-gui.

Though I'm not that sure what to change, I've attached a small patch that seems to fix the most obvious warnings.
