I love the heroes.xml customisation options! Could you add cost modifier, starting level and soulbound artifacts to the categories? Cost modifier is a gold value which can be positive or negative, which gets added to base hero cost and per level modifier, but only applies for a particular hero. Soulbound artifacts are separate to regular artifacts category. Soulbound artifacts are fixed to the slot they start in, and are not lost when that hero loses a battle, and can't be moved or transferred to another hero.
Would you be able to add these three categories?

Note, the hero cost modifier only gets applied once. So it's base hero cost + per level cost for each level above 1, plus the individual hero cost modifier, which if negative actually reduces hero cost (but total cost can't be lower than 0 otherwise it is 0).
Also, on the topic of hero IDs - which hero does each hero ID correspond to? It is important to know which ID corresponds to which standard or expansion H2 hero so that I customise the right one. =)
