The current version is unable to open bills in KDE. This is a known problem caused by the the java.awt.Desktop class, which does not support KDE (http://bugs.sun.com/view_bug.do?bug_id=6486393).
I've tried to fix this bug, but it only works if okular (KDE-Document-Viewer) is installed.
