HTTPS proxy from a HTTP proxy

Hello,

can this software make as HTTPS proxy from a HTTP server web ?

i ask this because i can' t edit the WebServer ( it is a web-gui )
and i need to access on it in secure mode form remote

if ffproxy can do it, how i can set it ?
