#23 enhancement suggestion: (1) streaming outputs (2) command-line additional options

thanks for a wonderful project.
I'd like to suggest two enhancements
(1) add streaming outputs :

rtmp
mpeg-ts
rtsp
rtp
udp

with the possibility to enter full IP addresses, port, select video and audio inputs (calling dshow for instance).

(2) add a command-line for power users (presumably they would not need a gui, but for lazy power users who want to rely on a gui for the main options while fine tuning with a command-line), as in handbrake.

what do you think?
