ffmpeg-php extension download

ffmpeg-php is a PHP extension that adds functions for accessing and retrieving information from movies and audio files. ffmpeg-php provides access to the many audio and video formats supported by ffmpeg.

Search char0n/ffmpeg-php on github and use it for drop-in replacement of this extension. Source code contains adapter/ module, that stubs this extension 1:1.

when the file name is chinese character,the file can't be open。
