[Ffmpeg-php-user] problem avi -> 3gp

Hello,
 
I try to convert .avi or .mov movie into .3gp in order to see it on
phone.
But, I have this  error :
 
./ffmpeg -i blabla.mov -s qcif -r 12 -ac 1 -ar 8000 -b 30 -ab 12
blabla.3gp
 
 
ffmpeg version CVS [.........]

mm you say you wnat to convert a .avi but you use blabla.mov, which=20
seems to be a Quicktime...
try blahblah.avi
