#16 Modify ID3 tags

It would be nice to also have a way of changing ID3 tags as well, in
addition to just reading them. That way, it could become possible for
people to edit tags through a PHP interface as well.

Thatts a cool idea, I'll look in to it.. I think getID3 will
do that if your looking for something that you can use right
now.
