#76 how to install PhantomJS

Hello,
1. I get this popup repeatedly "WARNING: [youtube] YsYvFTj025w: nsig extraction failed: You may experience throttling for some formats
Install PhantomJS to workaround the issue"

I downloaded/extracted PhantomJS, but what constitutes "Install PhantomJS"? do I have to move the executable to a certain folder? I still keep getting this warning popup

1. Feature request: could "warning" messages be presented to the user as "temporary" banner popups that do not interrupt the user's work in another application. the current implementation issues a "popup" which interrupts other work (dictations) and requires me to click on the popup.
