#74 Form elements truncated while running with custom scale factor on Windows 10

Windows 10 is running at 120% scale factor (custom scaling). FFmpeg Batch AV Convertor's form elements are overlapping and truncated. Please see attached screenshot.

I'm afraid application was not intended to be very responsive. I'll take this issue into account for future releases.
