#127 Force close on adding from drag and drop
Hello. In version 3.2.1 I've had consistent problems with FFmpegBatch force closing with no error message when I add files from the "Add Files" button it adds and parses them fine. An easy enough workaround, but I'm just very used to dragging files over and its always worked before.

I am using a utility to restore windows 10 functions to file explorer
(ExplorerPatcher 22621.3527.65.5) so maybe that's interfering somehow. But they both used to work together fine.
