#102 Crashing on batch subtitles

Hi Abel
Love this program and use it all the time, thanks so much for creating it.
Recent I have been getting crashes when "batch subtitles".
The symptoms are
- can queue them up without any problems
- when I press "multiplex subtitles" button the program seems to freeze, there is no update to the progress bar, and then the programs just closes, there is not error message, it just closes
- weirdly it does seem to have written the mux'ed file, the file plays okay and does have the subtitles track added
- there are 2 error in event viewer for this, I have attached screenshots of these

Hi, if you could send some sample files I could do some testing.
