Error when trying to install version 2.50

I’ve attempted to install the latest version (2.50) multiple times. I made sure to turn off all of my anti-virus & Windows Defender. I get the following error message EVERY time I try to install.

I’ve tried to continue & ignore the error, but I get additional errors that I cannot get past and have to abort the installation. I have a Windows 10 PC with a Ryzen 7 processor. All previous updates installed without a problem.
