great tool! I'm wondering if you can help me. I have a problem regarding frame rate.
I'm creating proxys for premiere pro using your converter, the problem is that when I attach them they play at normal speed regardless if I change the frame rate in premiere.
I'm wondering if you know a command I can add into the parameters box that will reduce the frame rate of the video (regardless of the source frame rate) and output to 23.976, thus increasing the total time of the video.
so for example:
I convert a video that has was recorded at 100 fps and lasts 2 seconds. I want the output to be 25 fps thus increasing the lenght to 8 seconds total time.
thanks!

Hi, I don't know the answer for this, but I believe this can help you achieve your purpose:
