Hi, thanks for your message. You can set your default preset by just saving it at "Save settings" button, or selecting default preset and use the small black save button.
Similarly, you can add as many presets as you wish, using the presets editor button, next to the save preset button.
I guess this is what you need.

Video: Convert to H265 HQ + Rescale to 16:9 540p + Source Audio + Subtitles
-map 0 -c:v libx265 -crf 23 -vf scale=960:540 -c:a copy -c:s copy
