I am trying to use ffdshow to decode AAC audio from an
Apple Quicktime 7 trailer that contains AAC 5.1. The
audio pins will not connect. The audio pin for the
file will connect when using Haali splitter, so I know
ffdshow can handle the audio. Due to Nero's better
support for earlier quicktime versions/content, I would
like to get Nero with ffdshow to work. Please note
that Nero and ffdshow connect audio pins for AAC 2.0.

An example file would be
http://movies.apple.com/movies/disney/cars/cars-tsr4_h480p.mov

If there is anything else that would help, please ask.

Thanks.

Works for me on cars-tsr4_h480p.mov and other test files.
Which version of Nero Digital Parser filter are you using?

Ah, I see Nero updated the parser. The newer parser
    connects fine.

    Thanks.
