#12 Still have audio problem in Xvid movie.

i have a Xvid Movie but Missing the Audio Codec for it,
the movie playes but no sound - i download the GSpot
program and it says that :

>CODEC NOT installed (more Info)
>ac3 (0x2000) "Dolby Laboratories, Inc"
>format tag: 0X2000
>format tag name : WAVE_FORMAT_AC3.
>format vendor: Dolby Laboratories, inc.
>Gspot was not able to find an audio codec which >will

I've download the DirectX 9 and the MediaPlayer and the
QuickTime but nothing - only Picture not sound.

And now i've download the ffdshow and it says that i'm
missing msvcr70.dll and he cant opend it - i've
downloaded it and put it in winnt and system32 folders
and reinstall, than it was ok, opend the movie - no sound.
opend the GSpot program and still the same MSG. (as
above).

what can i do?
