I realized that this URL is wrong. This is from below page.

Some days before, the URL for the document is wrong (Phillipe 
indicated). So the URL I introduced is not for the document which I 
introduced (linked to something for printing).

So I contacted to 1394 Trading Association and requested some 
corrections. Today, I got a kind reply from the association and 
confirmed that now we refer to the document.
