These two issues would be tied in with the current inability of ffado to
control the on-board mixer.

The Prismsound Orpheus uses FFADO's bebob driver, which I am not overly
familiar with.  I have posted this information onto the wiki on your behalf
so it's easily accessible to those working on this driver.
